We also will send you a reminder email if the item you buy is out of stock, and you can choose keep wait or cancel the purchase.
Returns & Warranty
Customer satisfaction is our goal. All merchandise in unused condition may be returned for a refund within 90 days of purchase when accompanied by your receipt. If used and found defective, we will replace or refund within 90 days of the purchase date when accompanied by your receipt. Save your packing materials and manufacturers warranty together with your Outgeeker sales receipt and invoice. After 90 days if you believe there to be a problem not caused by normal wear and tear, you should contact the manufacturer directly.
When returning merchandise to Outgeeker carefully wrap the items and return them Parcel Post insured or UPS. Parcels must be returned shipping charges prepaid. C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted and will be refused. Enclose the return form on the reverse side of your invoice or a letter telling us the reason for the return, along with the name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order.

After we received the refund request and approved, we will mail you the Mail Return address to you.
If your purchase was made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund which will appear on your credit card statement 3-5 business days from the return date. Purchases made by check or money order will be issued a refund check sent under separate cover.
We are no longer able to process exchanges. Please order your replacement item online.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14-30 working days(depends on different credit card/payment company). We will email you the refund progress and keep you posted.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: We will notify you the address while we approve the exchange request.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
